For over twenty years, Grace Mureithi built a career in government accounting compliance. Director-level roles at major US defence contractors. Work that supported programs worth tens of billions of dollars. A CPA, an MBA, a Business Law Graduate. A career that would read, to anyone looking from outside, as exactly what success is supposed to look like.
It was.
And somewhere in the middle of it — not at a moment of failure, not at a crisis point, but in the quiet between achievements — a question kept returning.
