Eight days

in KENYA

The rest of your life, recalibrated

This is not a holiday. It is the most immersive work this brand offers — eight days across Nairobi, Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Amboseli, or the Masai Mara plains, with a small group of accomplished professionals ready to do their deepest work.

IMAGINE

This

It is five-thirty in the morning. The sky above Amboseli is still carrying stars.

You have been awake for ten minutes, not because you had to be, but because something in you did not want to miss this.

You are sitting outside Tortilis Camp. The air is different here — cooler than you expected, completely still, carrying a faint smell of dust and something green you cannot name.

In the middle distance, three elephants move across the plain.

Unhurried. Silent. Enormous. Behind them, barely visible in the early light, the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro holds a thin line of snow against the dark blue of the sky.

There is nothing requiring your attention right now.

No notification. No role. No version of yourself to perform.

And in that silence — the clearest version of the question you have been carrying for two years arrives without warning.

Not with drama. Just with presence.

This is where the work happens.

WHO IS

THIS FOR

Not everyone who wants to travel to Kenya.

Not everyone who is interested in coaching.

The accomplished professional at a specific crossroads — the one who has built something real and privately wonders whether they want to keep building the same thing.

You may be the person everyone else comes to for answers.

You may have been keeping your own questions quiet — because sharing them would make you seem ungrateful for everything you have already achieved.

You are not ungrateful. You are paying attention.

That is the difference.

✦ You have built a career that reads as successful — and still privately carry the question of whether it is the life you actually want to keep building.

✦ You are ready to invest in a catalytic experience rather than another incremental improvement.

✦ You understand that some insights only arrive when you are completely outside your ordinary environment.

✦ You are willing to be in a room — or under a sky — with a small group of people at exactly the same crossroads.

✦ You want a community of high performers who understand exactly where you are — and who would love a symbiotic, mutual relationship.

✦ You may have shelved a dream somewhere in the process of delivering for everyone else. This is where you unshelve it.

A day in the

experience

Day 6 · Amboseli National Park.

5:30 AM

BEFORE THE LIGHT IS FULLY UP

You are on the plains before sunrise. The game drive leaves camp in darkness. By the time the light comes — warm gold over the Kilimanjaro summit — you have already watched a herd of elephants move across the open ground in complete silence.

There is a journaling prompt waiting for you back at camp.

You have not opened it yet. You do not need to.

The landscape is already doing something.

8:30 AM

BACK AT CAMP · BREAKFAST

Long table. The air still cool from the night before.

The group is quieter than usual — in the way that people are quiet when something has shifted, not when nothing has happened.

11:00 AM

SUCCESS, FULFILLMENT & BALANCE · COACHING SESSION

This is the first time the word "balance" has come up without anyone using it as an excuse.

The workshop does not ask whether you are succeeding.

It asks what success has been quietly costing you — and what you would change if cost were visible on a ledger.

2:00 PM

REST · STILLNESS

No agenda. A hammock, a book, or nothing at all.

Some of the most important thinking of the nine days happens in this hour.

4:00 PM

SUNDOWNERS OVERLOOKING THE PLAINS

The light turns the grass gold, then copper, then grey.

Mount Kilimanjaro holds its shape against the dark long after everything else has gone soft at the edges.

7:30 PM

FIRESIDE CIRCLE

The fire. The sky. More stars than you have ever seen.

A small group of people who arrived strangers four days ago, now talking like people who have known each other for much longer than that.

Tonight, nobody is performing.

The Shooting Star Safari Framework

The 8-Day Journey

Ready · SET · Go · Hurray — Grace's four-phase coaching framework mapped across eight days on the ground in Kenya. The methodology is consistent across every Shooting Star Success programme. Here, it unfolds across three landscapes.

Phase 1 · Ready Arrival. Decompression. The question surfaces.
Day 1 · Nairobi

The decompression begins before you unpack.

You land at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Your body still carries the flight. The air is warm and different. The pace is immediately, noticeably slower.

You are collected. You are taken to your accommodation in Nairobi. The first evening asks nothing of you except to arrive.

No coaching prompts tonight. No agenda.

Just the first hour in a city that will feel,
by Day 8,
like the place where something started.
🛌 JW Marriott · Nairobi 🍽 Dinner on arrival
Phase 1 · Ready Arrival. Decompression. The question surfaces.
Day 2 · Nairobi

The first gathering. The question appears.

The morning begins at the Giraffe Centre — an encounter with something ancient and unhurried that sets an unexpected tone for the day.

From there, a game drive through Nairobi National Park: one of the only wildlife reserves in the world set directly against a capital city skyline. The juxtaposition alone begins the work of recalibration.

The afternoon brings the first formal coaching session — not in Amboseli, not under the stars, but here, grounded in the city, while the questions are still forming.

The welcome dinner is the group's first long table together. Grace facilitates one question. Not a coaching exercise — a conversation. The kind that does not usually happen in the rooms people like you usually sit in.

You go to bed knowing this will not be
like anything you have done before.
🛌 JW Marriott · Nairobi 🍽 Breakfast, Welcome Dinner 📍 Giraffe Centre · Nairobi National Park game drive · First coaching session
Phase 2 · SET The diagnostic deepens. The question gets specific.
Day 3 · Ol Pejeta Conservancy

The landscape begins the work.

You travel north through Kenya's scenic highlands toward Ol Pejeta Conservancy — one of the most significant wildlife conservancies in East Africa, home to the Big Five and to the last northern white rhinos on earth.

En route, a stop at a Kenyan coffee farm. Hands-on, authentic, unhurried. This is what Kenyan coffee tastes like when it has not travelled. The conversation over it is the first real one about what you are each here to find.

You arrive at camp in the afternoon. The first formal Wheel of Life session begins here. Not in a conference room. Outside, in the late afternoon light.

In this environment — away from your title,
your colleagues, the roles you perform at home —
the assessment produces different answers
than it does at a desk. You will notice this.
🛌 Ol Pejeta Bush Camp 🍽 Breakfast, Dinner 📍 Coffee farm en route · Ol Pejeta Conservancy · Wheel of Life coaching session
Phase 2 · SET The diagnostic deepens. The question gets specific.
Day 4 · Ol Pejeta Conservancy

You meet the question you came here to answer.

A full day in Ol Pejeta. Morning game drive — the conservancy at golden hour, the Big Five in their own landscape, on their own time. The possibility of spotting the protected white rhinos adds a quiet weight to the morning — these are among the last of their kind on earth.

The afternoon coaching session is the most significant of the trip so far. You are looking at your Wheel of Life scores a second time, with a day of stillness between you and the first reading.

The score that you talked around yesterday — the one that was always going to be the one — is on the table. In the coaching circle, someone else names the same thing. Then another person.

The realisation: this question is not yours alone.
The community of this group is beginning to form.

As evening settles in, sundowners on the veranda. Then the fire pit, the sounds of the bush, and the kind of conversation that only happens when the ordinary world is very far away.

🛌 Ol Pejeta Bush Camp 🍽 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner 📍 Game drive · White rhino encounter · Deep Wheel of Life coaching · Sundowners
Phase 3 · Go The vision takes shape. The Life Purpose Statement is named.
Day 5 · Ol Pejeta → Amboseli

The flight. The perspective shift.

You board an internal flight to Amboseli. From the air, Kenya is a different country. The scale. The colours. The way the land holds both wilderness and human life simultaneously without either apologising for the other.

The descent into the Amboseli basin reveals what the pictures never quite conveyed: Mount Kilimanjaro, rising behind the plains, is larger than you imagined. It does not feel like a backdrop. It feels like a fact.

You land. You transfer to Tortilis Camp. A coaching session in the late afternoon — grounding you in this new landscape, asking what has already shifted since Day 1.

You unpack for the second time in five days
and realise the weight you arrived with
is measurably less.
🛌 Tortilis Camp · Amboseli 🍽 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner ✈ Internal flight: Ol Pejeta → Amboseli 📍 Afternoon coaching session · First evening at Tortilis
Phase 3 · Go The vision takes shape. The Life Purpose Statement is named.
Day 6 · Amboseli National Park

The elephants. The clarity.

This is the day the coaching works differently.

The morning game drive brings you within fifty metres of a herd of elephants moving beneath Kilimanjaro. There is a specific quality of silence in that moment — not peaceful, not dramatic, but clear.

The kind of clarity that arrives when the scale
of something larger than your problem
brings the problem into proportion.

The afternoon coaching session works with what the morning produced. Grace asks: what has today changed about the question you arrived with?

The evening is another fireside circle — quieter than Day 4's. More specific. More honest.

🛌 Tortilis Camp · Amboseli 🍽 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner 📍 Game drive · Elephant encounters · Coaching session · Fireside circle
Phase 3 · Go The vision takes shape. The Life Purpose Statement is named.
Day 7 · Amboseli

The Vision Board. The statement you came to make. The celebration.

A full and unforgettable day in the Amboseli bush. Morning game drives — elephants beneath the mountain, Cape buffalo, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas. The afternoon light painting the plains in colours that should not exist outside of paintings.

After lunch, the Vision Board workshop. Not an arts and crafts session. A structured coaching process that uses visual tools to access and articulate what you already know about what you are building toward.

As the sun begins to set, sundowners with the Kilimanjaro skyline behind you. Then the fire. The Life Purpose Statement — said out loud, in front of the people who have witnessed the seven days that produced it.

Each participant arrives at the fireside
not as who they were when they landed in Nairobi —
but as who they are stepping into.
🛌 Tortilis Camp · Amboseli 🍽 Breakfast, Lunch, Celebration Dinner 📍 Game drive · Vision Board Workshop · Life Purpose Statement · Come As You Will Be fireside circle
Phase 4 · Hurray The return. The beginning of everything.
Day 8 · Return to Nairobi

Different from the drive in.

You travel back to Nairobi by train. The journey is quiet. Different from the arrival. There is time in Nairobi — for markets, for souvenirs, for the last few hours in a city that feels different to the one you landed in eight days ago.

You leave with three things you can name:

·  A Life Purpose Statement
·  A Vision Board for your next chapter
·  A small group of peers who made this commitment alongside you

And something harder to name:
the settled sense of a decision made.
Not a plan written on paper — a direction chosen.

WHAT YOU

TAKE HOME

You will leave with something you can name.

Most experiences leave you inspired.

This one leaves you equipped.

✦ A Life Purpose Statement

Written, refined, and named out loud in front of your cohort. Not a slogan. A compass. Something you can read and feel oriented by.

✦ A Personal Vision Board

Specific. Grounded. Built from what you discovered during the coaching sessions — not from what you think you should want.

A 90-Day Action Plan and Next Chapter Roadmap

The bridge between the clarity you find in Amboseli and the Monday morning you return to.

A Peer Group

A small number of accomplished professionals who made the same commitment and who understand exactly where you are. The relationships from the 2023 cohort are still active.

✦ A Recalibrated Sense of Direction

Not a vague feeling of inspiration — a specific, earned clarity about what matters, what does not, and what you are going to do about it.

✦ The feeling:

"I did this for me. And I am not going back."

2023

THE

KENYA SAFARI

What happened in Kenya in 2023.

In 2023, twelve professionals — men and women — flew to Kenya for the inaugural Shooting Star Safari.

They came from different countries, different industries, different chapters of their careers.

They had one thing in common: the quiet sense that their success and their fulfillment were not quite pointing in the same direction.

Over nine days — across Nairobi, Ol Pejeta, and Amboseli —they watched wildlife in its own landscape, sat in fireside circles under skies this clear, visited a Maasai community, and worked through coaching sessions that produced different answers than any of them had reached at a desk.

They completed the Wheel of Life in an environment completely separate from their ordinary lives.

They built Vision Boards that reflected what they actually want — not what they perform.

They left with a Life Purpose Statement each of them still carries.

The relationships formed in that cohort are ongoing. Several participants have described the experience as the most significant personal investment they have ever made.

The 2027 Safari builds on everything that worked in 2023.

And goes deeper.

High performers who attend together — as a couple, or with the person who holds them to a higher standard — report a different experience. The Safari creates the conditions for the conversations that have been deferred: about what you are building together, what matters to each of you in the next decade, what your shared life looks like when the achievement narrative quietens.

Several participants in the 2023 cohort attended as a couple or brought a trusted peer whose presence made them more honest, not less. The experience changes when someone who knows the real version of your life is in the room.

( Note* — Not necessarily a romantic partner. The person you would most want to have this conversation with. Your accountability companion of twenty years. The person who holds you to a higher standard.)
